The documentary film ‘Grass: A Nation’s Battle for Life’ follows a branch of the Bakhtiari tribe in Iran as they migrate on their seasonal journey to pastures. The film was produced by Merian C. Cooper, Ernest Schoedsack and Marguerite Harrison in 1925 and has been selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress for being cultural and historical important.
