Some of the important annual antique rug fairs will take place in the coming months. In Europe the Sartirana Textile Show will run from 13 through 16 September 2018 and in the US the Antique Rug & Textile Show will take place 19-21 October 2018. 14th International Conference on Oriental Carpets 7-10 June in Washington DC

The 14th ICOC International Conference will be held in Washington DC from 7-10 June 2018. As in 2015 the ICOC is being held in collaboration with the Textile Museum on the campus of George Washington University. The ICOC includes both conference and academic sessions, a dealer fair, exhibitions and also a conference extension. ICOC has announced that the 14th International Conference on Oriental Carpets (ICOC 14th) will be held in Washington DC from June 7 -10, 2018. The conference will be held in collaboration with the Textile Museum and the George Washington University Museum. LARTA 2018 was a success The London Antique Rug & Textile Art Fair 2018 – LARTA 2018 – took place 23-28 January at Battersea Evolution and was a success.
