The Georg Hewitt Myers Award is a prestigious recognition presented by the Textile Museum at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
The 40th annual Textile Museum Fall Symposium will take place 12-14 October 2012 in Washington DC. This years symposium is entitled “Ottoman By Design: Branding An Empire” and will explore the museums fall exhibition “The Sultan’s Garden: The Blossoming of Ottoman Art”.
