Sothebys spring sale ‘Arts of the Islamic World’ 9 April 2014 in London includes 34 antique rugs and carpets. Among the offers are Persian, Caucasian, Anatolian, Chinese, Turkmen and East Turkestan rugs and carpets. The auction begins at 10.30 am and Sotheby’s preview exhibition is open for the public Friday 4 April and Sunday-Tuesday 6-8 April 2014.
