Skinner’s next special carpet auction will take place 28 March 2015 at 1.00pm in Boston. This auction feautures more than 300 lots of antique rugs, carpets, and textiles from the Caucasus, Persia, Anatolia, India, Central Asia, and China, including an early Karachov Kazak, a Tekke “Animal-Tree” door rug, and some excellent antique carpets. The preview exhibition will be open for the public 26 March, 12pm–5pm, 27 March, 2pm–8pm, and on the day of the auction 28 March, 9am – 11:30am.
