Soulis Auctions continues the sale of the John Adair Jr. Collection with ‘The Estate of John Adair, Fine Art and Rugs Session Three’, on 25 April 2026 in Kansas City, Missouri. The auction includes 74 carpet lots (lot 300 – lot 373).

The auction forms part of a five-part series devoted to one of the most extensive private collections of Caucasian rugs to appear on the market in recent decades. As in the opening sale in December 2025 and the second sale in February, the third session combines antique Caucasian and tribal rugs with selected works of post-war modern art. Over many years, John Adair assembled rugs representing all major Caucasian weaving centres.

Public preview will take place Thursday and Friday April 23 and 24 from 11am to 4pm or any day between 11am and 4pm by appointment.
