Report from the ongoing Sartirana Textile Show 2014

La Pila in Sartirana Lomellina, the location for the 10th edition of Sartirana Textile Show organized by Alberto Boralevi, opened it’s doors for the show Wednesday 10 September 2014 at 6 pm. Some twenty Italian and International antique rug and textile dealers have brought their best antique rugs and textiles and hope to see more collectors and buyers the coming days. And why not – the quality of exhibited rugs are as usual high. Sartirana Textile Show will run through Sunday 14 September where it close at 7 pm.

This years show also includes an outstanding special exhibition of Italian textiles ‘Antique Peasant Rugs from Sardinia, Abruzzi and other Areas of Southern Italy’ but more about that in an later article.
