Skinner will hold their carpet auction ‘Fine Oriental Rugs & Carpets’ online with 406 lots starting 26 April 2020 at 12:00 pm and with first lot closed 4 May 7:00 pm. The online sale features a selection of antique rugs, carpets, and textiles from several prominent collections. Among these are examples from a Turkish Yastik collection, Caucasian rugs, Northwest Persian rugs, and Turkoman rugs from a Southern California collection. It also includes part II of the Sandra Whitman collection of early Chinese rugs and carpets.
