Dorotheum next specialist carpet auction “Oriental Carpets, Textiles and Tapestries” will take place at Palais Dorotheum 26 September 2012 in Vienna. Their viewing exhibition will be open for the public 19-26 September and the auction itself begins Wednesday 26 September at 14.00.
This auction looks promising and includes a broad range of both tribal and decorative antique rugs and carpets, kilims, textiles and tapestries. It should also be noted that this auction includes many highly collectible Anatolian rugs.
