Dorotheum’s auction “Oriental Carpets, Textiles and Tapestries” will take place 8 September 2011 in Vienna.  According to the auctioneer the key focus of this auction will be on Turkmen rugs. The auction, which will include more than 200 pieces, is the second Oriental rug specialist auction held by Dorotheum.
