Condition: Dense pile, with lustrous wool and clear colour. the pile is approx 4-5 mm in depth in general. There is a very minute and barely noticeable amount of oxidisation in the taupe and wear in the lower left hand spandrel. There is some curling to the sides with minor amounts of attendant wear to the edges. The fringes have been applied later. It would probably benefit from a clean, but otherwise is in very good condition overall. Lovely. Estimate 8,000 – 12,000 GBP.
