We are now counting down to the opening of the Antique Rug & Textile Show in San Francisco. The public part of this show will run from 19-21 October 2012 and an opening reception for registered ARTAA members will take place Thursday 18 October at 2:30 pm. So, if you have not booked your fly tickets to San Francisco, it is time for action.
This fair includes some of the best antique rug dealers in the world, not only from North America but also from Europe.
Among the attending dealers from Europe are Ulrike Montigel, Michael Craycraft, Bertram Frauenknecht, Seref Ozen (Istanbul), Alberto Levi and Udo Langauer, just to mention a few of the European dealers and to give our readers an impression of how popular this show is among the dealers.
Many of the European dealers expect a better sale in USA compared with the difficult antique rug market in Europe at this moment.
