The Oriental Rug and Textile Society of Great Britain has just announced a virtual lecture by Walter Denny.

The virtual lecture ‘A Critical Look at the Long and Lively Story of Anatolian Carpet Scholarship.’ will take place Wednesday 13 April 2022 19.00 UK time (18.00 GMT).

Besides the lecture in April with professor Walter B. Denny  the society also has organized events in February and March.

Wednesday 16 March 2022. Lecture by Rosemary Crill ‘Four aspects of Indian embroidery: early traditions; European exports; embroidery for the courts and embroidery in South India.’ Live 18.00 UK time at University Women’s Club and virtual via Zoom at 19.00 UK time (19.00 GMT) via Zoom.
