Koller will hold their next carpet sale 21 March 2013 in Zurich and the carpet session starts at 17.30. Koller’s preview exhibition at Hardturmstrasse 102 will be open for the public 9-17 March, daily from 10.00 to 19.00.
This auction includes 90 Oriental rugs and carpets. Most of them antique or old Persian and Caucasian rugs.
Among the highlights of this auction is an extremely large Tabriz palace carpet 510 x 1020 cm which is a copy of the “Holy Carpet of Ardebil”. The estimate for this carpet, lot 1583, is 41,670 – 58,330 EUR.
