This is a traditional home decoration for people in the Uyghur region of norhwestern China. It will take an Uyghur woman about one week to make each traditional mattress for her home. You can invite friends to sit on it, and six people can fit on each mattress . The Uyghur, Uzbek , Kazak, Kyrgyz people use it to adorn their carpets and as additional seating in social situations. They would put four mattresses on four sides of the guest home and at the middle of the rug they will place a short table or table cloth to serve the foods. After dinner you simply take away the table to sing songs or dance in the middle . These mattress can take the place of expensive chairs and tables and you can even sleep on them at night.

The matresses come in red, yellow, and blue. The sitting surface is hand stiched with pure cotton, and the bottoms are fashioned from a durable and attractive textile. Each mattress is stuffed with over 4kg (8.8lbs) of high quality cotton. We are introducing the product and offering a discounted shipping price of $30USD. Please specify red, yellow, green or blue.
