Frequently sold as ´Persian-Bokhara´ carpets, these modern pieces do not reach the quality of original Turkoman work. Visible from the surrounding steppes and from the nearby Gurgan desert, stands the high, imposing tomb of Qabus who ruled here at the turn of the century. This lovely decorative piece framed with beautiful lovely border is decorated with Gotchack Gul (Good Luck Symbol).
