DESCRIPTION: This lovely Ladik measures 3’10” X 6’11”. In my opinion it dates from 1800. It all there… The tulips at the top, the spandrels filled with a coffeepot and flowers, the empty prayer niche, surrounded by arrow points, in the most beautiful rust color you can imagine. The main border is variegated sky blue with flower heads in various colors. The reciprocal borders are meandering vine design. The outer one on a red ground, the inner one on a brown.
