DESCRIPTION OF DESIGN AND HISTORY:
A well formed six gul juval in the salore design, in a very fine weave and rich, harmonious colouring associated with the Takke juval of this period. The border repeats are elegantly handled, and an elem panel of tree of life motifs is most visually satisfying. The main guls are rich red against a cochineal cerise field.
