DESCRIPTION: This late 19th century Peking Chinese rug measures 9’1” X 11’6” (277 x 353 cm). It has a medium blue field with a four toed dragon in every corner and a phoenix bird in the center. The field design is composed of birds in flight, crawling snails, swimming fishes and flowers. The rug is 99% full pile. The only low spot is photographed and measured. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go.
