 The
interest for the Antique Rug & Textile
Show, October 15-26, 2009 in San Francisco, is strong.
"The show is filled up with 41 rug & textile dealers" says
the main organizer Michael Craycraft to Jozan Magazine.
"Though several renowned galleries will be attending the emphasis for dealer
selection was dealer’s dealers, i.e. those dealers that find and supply the world’s best galleries with their
material", he says.
According to Michael Craycraft San Francisco was selected as a venue at the request of the dealers. The sheer beauty
of this city combined with the great cuisine, excellent
museums and galleries, and mild weather provide the perfect venue.
"October is traditionally
the warmest and sunniest month of the year, so naturally October is the ideal time to
be in San Francisco" says Michael Craycraft.
