Domotex 2006 - World trade fair for carpets

Domotex, the world trade fair for carpets and floor coverings will be
in Hanover, Germany from 14-17 January. Domotex is the largest carpet and
flooring fair in Europe.
The show categories are hand-made rugs and carpets, natural stone and
ceramic tiles, machine made carpets and other floor coverings.
Among the new initiatives at the
fair are the Carpet Design Awards. The award partners Domotex, Hali and
modern carpets + textiles present the Carpet Design Award and invite
Domotex exhibitors to enter the competition in eleven different categories
with their traditional and contemporary carpets and collections.
The categories
are as follows:
1. Best modern design in the price range below 100 € / m2
2. Best modern design in the price range 100€/m2 to 250 €
/ m2
3. Best modern design in the price range above 250 € / m2
4. Best traditional design in the price range below 100 € /
m2
5. Best traditional design in the price range 100 € / m2 to 250
€ / m2
6. Best traditional design in the price range above 250 € /
m2
7. Best modern collection
8. Best traditional collection
9. Best modern innovation

Best traditional innovation
