The Rug Study Tour
of Antique Ottoman Carpets 2004 is from Bucharest to Budapest on October
7-16, 2004, says Samy Rabinovic to Jozan Magazine.
For any serious student
of history, classical rugs and fantastic scenery and great food, this is
an opportunity not to miss, he continues.
There will be departure from New York 7 October with arrival in
Bucharest 8 October.

Art, Dan Nasta Collection of antique rugs and kilims.
Bucharest - Bran - Brasov 10 October: Bran Castle ("Dracula's
Castle").
Brasov and suroundings 11 October: Hungarian Lutheran Church, The
Black Church where 104 antique rugs are displayed, Fortress of
Harman.
Brasov - Sighisoara - Medias - Sibiu 12 October: Sighisoara
historical centre, Monastary Church with 40 rugs, The old village Biertan,
Evangelical Church, Medias St. Margaret Church.
Sibiu - Sebes - Budapest
13 October : Brukenthal Museum - the famous Holbein rug and other
important Lottos.
Budapest 14 October: Museum of Applied Arts, National
Hungarian Museum, Castle Museum Nagyteteny.
Budapest 15 October:
St. Stephen's Basilica, Dohany Synagogue, The Old Town, neo-Gothic
Parliament.
Budapest 16 October: Departure
